Conflict Resolution Training

Whether we like it or not, conflict in the workplace is inevitable. This training focuses on ways supervisors can work with their employees to resolve conflict in the workplace. It provides practical steps and techniques that everyone can learn. The purpose of this presentation is to provide supervisors with the knowledge to recognize causes of workplace conflict, how to facilitate resolution of conflict and how to manage the work relationships once the conflict has been resolved.

Performance Management Training

Many managers find the task of reviewing employee performance to be a cumbersome and frustrating part of their job. Performance management training examines the importance of performance reviews as part of the performance management continuum. This training explores the many purposes of reviews, how to develop “on-going” performance discussions with employees and tips for conducting meaningful reviews and ways to avoid rating “perils”.

AB 1825 Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

AB 1825, signed by Governor Schwarzenegger, requires that employers of 50 of more employees train supervisors on sexual harassment every two (2) years. Supervisors are responsible for identifying and helping to prevent discriminatory harassment in the workplace. This effective and interactive training will help sensitize supervisors about discriminatory harassment and their critical role in the workplace. We provide this training at no charge to all clients and to the community for a small fee.
